How we can work together
Individual psychological therapy
One-to-one sessions offer a confidential space to explore grief, traumatic bereavement, invisible loss, anxiety, depression and the psychological impact of significant life transitions.
We work collaboratively to help you understand your experiences, process difficult emotions and develop greater psychological resilience, self-compassion and a renewed sense of meaning and direction.
Online · 50 minutes · Weekly or fortnightly
Couples therapy
Loss can profoundly affect our closest relationships. Partners may grieve differently, struggle to communicate their needs or find themselves emotionally disconnected during periods of significant change.
Couples therapy offers a supportive space to explore these differences, strengthen communication and navigate the emotional and relational consequences of bereavement, illness and other major life events.

Group therapy & Grief Circles
Grief can be an isolating experience. Our group sessions create opportunities to connect with others navigating loss, share experiences and discover the reassurance of being understood.
Facilitated in a compassionate and professionally supported environment, groups offer space for reflection, mutual understanding and meaningful connection. Group formats, availability and arrangements can be discussed when you enquire.
Coaching & psychological wellbeing
Not everyone seeking psychological support needs therapy. Sometimes the challenges we face concern direction, confidence, personal growth or the desire to make meaningful changes in our lives.
Coaching offers a reflective, psychologically informed approach to navigating life transitions, developing self-awareness, strengthening resilience and reconnecting with your values. It may help if you are rebuilding confidence after a significant change, reconsidering your direction, or developing a more authentic relationship with yourself.
Mental health assessments
Understanding your psychological wellbeing is an important first step towards receiving appropriate support. We offer initial assessments to explore your current difficulties, circumstances, psychological history and the impact your experiences are having on everyday life.
An assessment may help clarify your needs and inform recommendations for therapy, coaching or other specialist support. The scope of any assessment, including whether a formal diagnostic assessment is appropriate, is discussed at your initial consultation.
Your initial consultation
An opportunity to discuss what has brought you to The Grief Clinic™, the difficulties you may be experiencing and what you hope to gain from support. Together we explore whether individual therapy, couples therapy, group sessions, coaching or an assessment would suit your circumstances.
We also discuss practical arrangements, including session frequency, fees and availability, and answer any questions before you decide.
