Specialist psychological support & therapy for grief, invisible loss and whole-person recovery
Grief is not only about death. We grieve the loss of relationships, health, identity, belonging, security and the futures we once imagined.

About the clinic
Loss changes us. So does love.

Founded by Dr Chloe Paidoussis-Mitchell, Chartered Counselling Psychologist and author of The Loss Prescription, The Grief Clinic™ is a specialist London practice dedicated to understanding the many ways loss changes our lives.
We offer psychological therapy for bereavement, traumatic grief, chronic illness, disability, relationship breakdown and the emotional difficulties that often accompany profound life changes, including anxiety, depression and loneliness.
Through individual therapy, educational seminars, professional training and community Grief Circles, we provide compassionate, psychologically informed support that recognises the whole person.
Our work is not simply about coping with what has been lost, but about rediscovering connection, meaning and a sense of self as we find our way forward.
